1. Download Need for Speed Rivals On Link Above
2. Extract the game
3. Run Setup.exe, and install it
4. When all done, open Need for Speed Rivals Folder
5. Right click on  NFS14.exe > Send to > Desktop (create shortcut)
6. Open the shortcut at dekstop NFS14.exe – Shortcut > Properties
7. on input Target, add this code:
    -GameTime.MaxSimFps 55 -GameTime.ForceSimRate 55
   
8. Run NFS14.exe – Shortcut
9. Enjoy The Game
